A positive benefit ripple is an action in which everyone everywhere benefits.  That is what true wellness is.  Today, I drop an intention into the great well of the universe.  I say, I want every atom of this universe to vibrate with wellness...  We have all been waiting for the grace of love to come our way and save us from harm-- we are this grace and we say, we are coming with our love- silently and with raised voices- and we want all to be genuinely happy.
